Things Your Ex-Wife's New Spouse Can Do to Benefit You in Child Custody Modification

Just because your ex-wife gets remarried to what's-his-face and you don't necessarily care for him being around your child, doesn't necessarily mean that you can take your ex to court for a complete modification and change of child custody. But, there are some things that can happen that can involve your ex-wife's new spouse (or even live-in boyfriend) that can help you take charge in custody of your children and allow you to take the issue back to court due to a "substantial change in circumstances."
